As a family company, we are proud of the work and commitment of both ourselves and our employees, so much so that we are happy to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on every job we do.

This guarantee covers our standard of workmanship and materials used for 12 months from the delivery date. However, as wood is a natural product which is subject to cracking, distortion, dis-coloration etc through its natural lifetime, we are only able to guarantee our standard of workmanship and not the wood itself.

Discolouration: Pressure treated wood will, over time, weather to a silver grey colour.

The success of our company relies on customer satisfaction and recommendations. We treat everyone as we would expect to be treated ourselves.

As with all guarantees, this does not affect your statutory rights.

20 year Guarantee against rot & insect infestation

The wood we use to manufacture our products is pressure treated at the saw mill against rot & insect infestation.

We are happy to guarantee the wood for 20 years from delivery against failure which makes the timber unfit for the use for which it was originally acquired. The failure must have been caused as a direct result of either rot or insect attack. Any treated product so damaged within 20 years of purchase will be replaced free of charge providing the wood has not been subject to any abuse, misuse or being placed in a location which will subject the wood to continuous undue damp without having the opportunity to naturally dry out.

This guarantee is also subject to the qualifications and limitations shown below.

To qualify:

Timber damage by any cause other than rot or insect attack is not guaranteed.

The timber must not have been misused.

Gravel boards must be used when fence panels are in contact with the ground.

When timber is cross cut or drilled it must have been treated with End Grain Treatment

Timber sections in the ground should not be cut, drilled, notched or planed after treatment.

Any timber subject to a claim must be returned for inspection with evidence of the date of purchase.

Evidence must be provided of the date of purchase, e.g.original invoice or order.

The guarantee only covers the cost of the product itself. It does not cover any associated costs, including but not limited to, removal of the defective product, disposal of the defective product, installation of the replacement product and the associated labour costs.

Timber which has been placed in abnormal conditions is excluded. eg salt water

Timber which has been used for an extraordinary purpose which was not drawn to the attention of the Company at the time of purchase is excluded.

This guarantee is only applicable to products we manufacture ourselves. Any other products we may sell will be subject to the manufacturers terms of guarantee which will be shown on the relevant product page.

As with all guarantees, this does not affect your statutory rights.
