We hope you will be completely satisfied with any goods purchased from us.
However, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Prior to returning goods, you must contact us in writing or by email within 14 days from the receipt of the goods to enable us to establish the relevant procedure and any associated costs. Any associated costs will be sent to you by email for your written approval prior to you despatching the goods. Any agreed costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Once any costs have been agreed in writing, we will contact you with details of the process and the delivery address.
We will not profit from any return charges received from yourselves. A return charge will always equate to the cost incurred.
We will then refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. Any goods returned to us must be in their original unused and re-saleable condition – if they are not, we may not be able to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your returned goods, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we make to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
If the goods are returned because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the goods, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the goods to us.
As long as any goods are sent back to us are in their original unused and resaleable condition, we will refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving your goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
